About me

Gillian Watts, Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MBACP)

I spent almost five years training to be a counsellor and psychotherapist, whilst training I did my placement within a GP surgery and gained experience working with adults.

Since qualifying I have worked for many years with young people within a youth counselling organisation, Heads Together.
Alongside this, I am the school counsellor for The Yehudi Menuhin School in Cobham, Surrey.

Qualifications:

  • First Class BA hons in Integrative-Relational Counselling, Middlesex University
  • Certificate in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Surrey Counselling Training
  • First Class hons in Early Childhood Montessori Teaching, St. Nicholas Montessori College, London.

BACP's Ethical Framework

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)

I attend fortnightly clinical supervision, have professional indemnity insurance, and adhere to the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
