Youth counselling

Young people are affected more by the quality, than by the quantity, of the time they get to spend with a professional, and by the person's capacity to understand and help them think about themselves.

Youth counselling is for any young person who is having problems. Whether it's depression and mental health concerns or issues with family, friends, or school.

We develop a more positive sense of who we are (self-esteem), by being with a professional counsellor who can help you to see yourself as others see you, and to be recognised and understood.

I can offer you a safe and non-judgmental space to talk about whatever it is that you are struggling with. I will not tell you what to do, although I will help you to discover what works for you and the changes that feel manageable in order to live a more meaningful life.
